S02 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy & User Rights

1General Terms & Introduction

S02 (bundles s02.click) operates an online betting, jackpot, and lottery platform for users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions set out herein.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between s02 and you (the user). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using s02.

S02 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website along with the date of revision.

2Account Registration & Verification

To create a valid account on s02, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use s02, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors creating accounts or using a guardian's account is strictly prohibited.
• Location: You must reside in a region where online betting is not legally prohibited. Before using s02, please ensure you are familiar with the local laws in your country.
• Mental Well-being: Account registration must be carried out entirely of your own free will and with full mental capacity.
• Self-Exclusion: If you have previously self-excluded from any platform, you may not register on s02 during that period.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on s02. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits – transfers to a different account will not be approved.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• S02 may request verification and place a hold on payments in the event of suspicious transactions.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

S02 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the Promotions page. General rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require 10x to 30x wagering. This means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Eligible Games: Bonuses may not be available on all games. The eligible games for each bonus will be specified in the offer.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used simultaneously.
• Misuse: If bonus misuse is suspected, s02 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

6Betting Rules & Fair Play

The following rules apply when placing bets on s02:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in Live Betting where a cash-out feature is available).
• Odds on previously placed bets will not change due to subsequent odds movements.
• S02 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting through match-fixing or misuse of insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug or system error on s02 will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game – please check the limit before placing a bet on a specific game.

All our games use third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s02 and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account under someone else's identity or with false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack s02's system or gain unauthorized access.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

S02 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found to have been provided.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• By court order or as required by law.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, except in cases of terms violations. You may appeal a closure decision by writing to support@s02.click.

9Privacy & Data Protection

11Dispute Resolution

• If the matter remains unresolved, you have the right to escalate it to the licensing authority.
• The laws of the platform's licensing jurisdiction shall govern the final resolution of all disputes.
